DRAFT — not yet in force

Terms of use

Last updated 17 October 2026. This is a working draft for the private beta and will change before launch.

These terms cover your use of Blazing Video: the Mac app, the website and share links. By using Blazing Video you agree to them. Blazing Video is run by [Company name].

The beta

Blazing Video is in beta. Features will change, things may break, and we may pause or end the beta. We’ll try to give notice before removing anything you rely on, and to let you download your shared videos first.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at [contact email] if you think someone else has access, and sign out of a Mac you no longer use.

Your videos

You own what you record. By sharing a video you give us permission to store it, copy it as needed to deliver it, and show it to anyone who opens the link, for as long as the link exists. That permission ends when you delete the link, apart from short-lived copies that expire on their own.

Share links are unlisted, not private: anyone with the link can watch and pass it on.

What you can’t share

Don’t try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.

Limits

During the beta each account can keep up to 50 links and 10 GB of video. We may change these limits with notice.

Removing content

We may remove a video or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, or when we receive a valid legal complaint. To report a video, email [contact email] with the link and the reason.

No warranty

Blazing Video is provided “as is” during the beta. Keep your own copies of anything important — your original recordings stay on your Mac.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of data, profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending

You can stop using Blazing Video and delete your links at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms; we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.

Changes

We’ll tell signed-in users by email before material changes take effect. Questions: [contact email].
